1) NATASHA’S RAW LASAGNA Walnut sausage, macadamia cheese, sun-dried tomato sauce and fresh pesto sandwiched, three layers high, between crisp, paper-thin zucchini topped with wilted spinach and micro greens. (7.)  the perfect introduction to our newest chef Natasha Bailey

2) SALAD Field and micro green mix, golden popcorn sprouts, orange slice and candied walnuts with a creamy vegan dressing. (6.5)

3) SEITAN PICATA Seitan cutlet over wilted kale with roasted Simply Food squash blessed with a lemon caper sauce. (17.)

1) KALE AND CHICK PEA CRUMPET over a teeny tiny bed of curried tomato chutney. (6.5)

2) SALAD Hearts of palm, sweet baby beets, caramelized onions, sprouted watermelon seeds with hearts of romaine drizzled with our mustard seed dressing. (7.)

3) ROASTED ACORN SQUASH fulfilled with curried quinoa spiked with carrots, onions, chick peas and spinach with steamed broccoli and a toasted brazil nuts. (16.)
